2. Power supply of electromagnetic flowmeter
As the electromagnetic flowmeter needs external power supply, it is not convenient to install it outdoors, and also restricts the use of electromagnetic flowmeter in the suburban conduit network. In addition, the electromagnetic flowmeter does not have its own power supply. Once the power is cut off, the flowmeter used for water meter settlement will lack data. The new problem of measuring and calculating power failure and water loss time has been raised. If the electromagnetic flowmeter can bring its own power supply (with battery power supply mode), it can fundamentally solve this problem and promote its application in the sedimentation water meter.
3. Signal transmission of electromagnetic flowmeter
The electromagnetic flowmeter used in the regional network can provide certain decision-making information for urban water supply dispatching. Therefore, whether for users, settlements or regional networks, it is expected to be a real-time continuous electromagnetic flow signal. Now, the electromagnetic flowmeter needs to be additionally developed in the water supply enterprises or choose other data transmission systems to achieve real-time monitoring of data. Not only is there some disappointment in the cost of operation and management. If the electromagnetic flowmeter itself can complete the automatic conversion of signal and wireless transmission (the electromagnetic flowmeter uses Rs485, Mbus, 232, Hart protocol transmission protocol (optional), and only needs to manage the water supply enterprises to consider receiving signals, reduce the data acquisition and conversion with different compatibility, it will provide convenience for the use of enterprises, and also increase greater advantages for the application of electromagnetic flowmeter.
