Select the installation location:
In order to make the electromagnetic flowmeter work stably and reliably, the following requirements shall be paid attention to when selecting the installation site:
1. Try to avoid using ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong magnetic field (such as large motor, large transformer, etc.), so as not to affect the magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.
2. The dry and ventilated place shall be installed as far as possible, and shall not be wet or easy to accumulate water.

Installation requirements
For correct measurement, the following requirements shall be paid attention to when selecting the installation position on the pipeline:
1. The sensor can be installed vertically or horizontally on the horizontal or inclined pipe, but the central connection of the two electrodes needs to be horizontal.
2. The medium shall flow with a full pipe at the installation position to prevent the pipe and gas from being adsorbed on the electrode.
3. When the medium at the installation location of the flowmeter is not satisfied with the pipeline, it can be filled by raising the back-end pipeline of the flowmeter. It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at the highest point of the pipeline and outlet.
4. Length of front and rear straight pipe sections of flowmeter: the front end is equal to or equal to 10DN, and the rear end is equal to 5DN (DN is the pipe diameter)
